Marina’s core strength lies in process and systems improvement. She designs automated Excel tools to streamline reporting for traditionally paper-based clients, supports internal digital transformation initiatives, and develops onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure smooth, compliant transitions. Proficient in platforms such as Excel, FYI, XPM, Content Snare, and Zapier, Marina builds efficient, automated workflows that enhance internal operations and improve client engagement.

In her free time, Marina enjoys long beach walks with her dog, gardening, cooking, and DIY crafts.
